- Where is my order?
- Visit the Order Status page to check your order
- How long will it take for my order to ship?
- Once your order is submitted, we process it. You get to choose your delivery days during set-up. Most orders ship same-day, Monday through Friday. (Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.)
- How do I cancel my order?
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. To guarantee merchandise and process orders as quickly as possible we are not able to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, you may return your order in accordance with our Return Instructions.
- How do I process a return?
- If you would like to request a return, refer to our returns page for more information pertaining to accepted items and the processing steps.
- What happens if my product is damaged?
- If your product is damaged, please contact [email protected] within 72 hours with a picture of the damage. Any additional questions can be answered on the return policy page.
- What if I received the wrong product?
- If you received the wrong product, contact [email protected] with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of which product is incorrect. For more information, please refer to return policy page.
- Why was my card charged before my product shipped?
- At the time of purchase, a hold is placed on your card or form of payment, until your item ships then our system automatically captures payments. Our goal is to get your products shipped to you as fast as possible, but backorders and supply issues can delay the process.
- What if I’m tax-exempt?
- If you qualify as tax-exempt, email [email protected] with a PDF of your certificate. A representative will contact you with additional information to ensure your status is applied to your orders.
- How can I pay for my order?
- We accept Credit Cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard) and ACH payments. For customers looking to pay with Net Terms, email [email protected] with your account number.
- How do I create an InvoCure account?
- To create an account, go to the account registration page.
- What do I need to create an InvoCure account?
- InvoCure only provides access to licensed professionals and other certified businesses. We do not offer our services to the general public.
